Governance

The management structure of SeCSE has been designed to ensure that the project reaches its stated objectives (hence control, monitoring, reporting, etc..) while at the same time ensuring its future evolution (insertion/removal of partners, strategic planning, brand, etc.). To this end the general management structure is organised into three different boards:

  • The Board of Directors, devoted to project strategic coordination,
  • The Project Management Board, devoted to the management and assessment of project achievements,
  • The Project Executives Board, devoted to any contractual matters as well as to assure proper concerns of specific Partners issues.
